GENERAL

✦ ━ Payment must be paid in full before I start the commission
(Unless otherwise discussed)✦ ━ Prices listed are for personal, non-commercial use only(If you, the client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission will generally be double the end sum.)_{( The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted our artwork )}✦ ━ I Don't Do Deadlines (Expectancy a week or more, depending on complexity and my workload unless you order a rush commission)✦ ━ Extra charges will be applied if you need the artwork by a specific date, depending on the time frame of the deadline, extra charges can vary.
(Rush commission)✦ ━ I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason whatsoever.✦ ━ I retain full rights over any project I create, and may display it in my portfolio and/or social media unless otherwise agreed upon.✦ ━ You may not claim my work as your own.✦ ━ You may repost/share commissioned work on social media under the condition that you give proper credits and link back to one of my socials and that reposted/shared work contains my watermark.✦ ━ You are NOT authorized to change, modify or edit my work without prior obtained permission.✦ ━ NFT usage is strictly forbidden.✦ ━ Usage of art for AI learning is strictly prohibited.

Paypal / Stripe Payment

✦ ━ An invoice will be sent once the order is finalized. I don't start working until the invoice has been paid.✦ ━ After the invoice is sent, the client must pay within 48 hours, otherwise the commission slot will be revoked.✦ ━ Only after the payment is sent, I will start drawing✦ ━ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I can accept your commission and we have agreed upon a price.✦ ━ I do not give refunds if the drawing has already been completed, or if it is past the sketch stage.

Robux Payment

✦ ━ A link to a gamepass will be sent to you once the order is finalized. I don't start working until the order has been paid. (Do Notify me before you pay)✦ ━ After the link is sent, the client must pay within 48 hours, otherwise the commission slot will be revoked.✦ ━ Only after the payment is sent, I will start drawing✦ ━ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I can accept your commission and we have agreed upon a price.✦ ━ I do not give refunds for this payment type

Genesis Crystals Payment

✦ ━ I will send you my UID and server once the order is finalized. I don't start working until the order has been paid. (Do Notify me before you pay)✦ ━ After the UID and server is sent, the client must pay within 48 hours, otherwise the commission slot will be revoked.✦ ━ Only after the payment is sent, I will start drawing✦ ━ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I can accept your commission and we have agreed upon a price.✦ ━ I do not give refunds for this payment type

Process

✦ ━ I will provide a WIP once I'm finished with the sketch. Afterwards, I may only provide work-in-progress/WIP shots when I personally need to check on something. So during the commission period, you are free to contact me for progress. I do not send out wips or sketches automatically.✦ ━ A watermarked version will be sent to dm when finished and possible minor changes can be made✦ ━ I will carry out a maximum of two minor changes to a commission past the sketch stage, any more are subjected to a fee, on which is determined depending on complexity.✦ ━ Final clean version will be sent to (Email or twitter) as a png file.
